The Swachh Vidyalaya Puraskar is instituted by the Ministry of Human Resource Development, Government of India to recognize, inspire and celebrate excellence in sanitation and hygiene practice in Government Schools in both rural and urban areas.  The explicit purpose of the awards is to honor schools that have undertaken significant steps towards fulfilling the mandate of the Swachh Vidyalaya Campaign. The Awards are given at the District, State and National level as per the process defined in the concept note on Swachh Vidyalaya Puraskar that can be accessed from the Swachh Vidyalaya Puraskar website (http://swachhvidyalaya.com/).

2. Field Evaluator need to login with below details 

            District Code

            Registered Mobile Number

            OTP

3. Select the Award Category 

4. Search the UDISE Code 

5.  Complete the field validation survey with Pictures

6.  Submit to District Committee.
